The Hugh Smith ‘Hydrolevel’ Plate Leveling machine is for single pass continuous leveling when incorporating in-plate treatment lines prior to shot-blasting and painting.

- Auto-control system for minimal operator intervention also manual control for particularly ‘difficult’ plates
- Minimum/maximum thickness ratio 6:1 (4:1 for Mechanical 7 Roll Machines)
- Can accommodate a range of plate strengths
- Hydraulic force applied directly through fully backed-up main rollers
