Qualter Hall & Company Limited has a rich history of fostering long-term employee relationships. This year, we have recognised and celebrated several individuals who have made significant contributions over the years. We’ve featured a few of them below.
A Decade of Dedication
Several employees have celebrated their 10-year anniversaries with Qualter Hall this year. On reaching this milestone, they receive an additional day of annual leave.
Gordon, a valued team member, Gordon has contributed to the planning of countless successful projects over the past decade. He is well-known for his friendly and helpful attitude.
Chris, our QA Manager, has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. He says that his varied responsibilities keep him engaged and motivated. His unwavering commitment and hard work have made a positive impact on our team and clients.
Tom, has been a key player in numerous complex projects, lending his specialist hydraulics expertise to making our steel move. We thank him for his positivity and dependable ability to innovate.
Nikos, who relocated from Greece to the UK for the opportunity to join our team, has found a fulfilling career at Qualter Hall. He tells us that he feels fortunate to have worked on countless interesting and memorable projects over the years, alongside our friendly and supportive team.
A Lifetime of Achievement
We have also honoured employees who have dedicated decades of their careers to Qualter Hall.
Alan, a skilled Fabrication Plater, celebrated 40 years with Qualter Hall this year. His dedication and hard work have given him a broad skillset which have contributed towards the success of many projects.
Nick, a seasoned fabricator, celebrated his 44-year work anniversary earlier this year, before riding away into his retirement. He has been a valuable member of the team and has shared countless laughs and memories with his colleagues.
Keith, our Production Director, celebrated 50-years of service with us in September this year. Keith has consistently set the bar for excellence and his years of service are a testament to his passion for engineering and his commitment to Qualter Hall.
