  • Each unit comprising 2.5 tonnes stainless steel fabrication built to an accuracy level which demanded the best of modern manufacturing techniques in both fabricating and machining to achieve the extremely tight tolerances required.
  • Substantial jig and fixture development for sub assemblies, to cut down fabrication time and shorten final assembly programme.
  • Development of manufacturing techniques to the mutual benefit of the Client and Qualter Hall utilising our bespoke robotic welding facility.
  • Full in-house preparation and surface finishing facility eliminating movement to third party premises.
